I never heard any more about Busse attending the Tulsa show, so I just assumed they were not going to be there. Thanks. Well after the doctor visit the El Chico had fajitas on for 1/2 price so the wife and I ate there. Man, they were good. This time around I did not use any tortillas, just ate the meat, peppers, and onions like a meal along with some chips. I liked them a lot better that way. A cold beer and my mind left the foot for a bit LOL. I like my fajitas on nachos, with plenty of white cheese sauce. And plenty of cold beer.

We have a place close by that is hit or miss on Fajitas. When they are on its the best. Well when they are bad they are still pretty good.

We have a burrito place that is like a Mexican Subway. Great place, you can get your burritos filled with whatever you like, or do like I do and get them over nachos.
