Well steel fans My relief will be in before long and I have some things to get straightened up so I'll sign off for now. I'll probably be back on after we get Patty back from the dentists. Probably won't be back on for at least 4 hours.
Take care and take care of yourselves. Peace and rest and prosperity to you and all those you care for.

I just got back from the mail room and a package containing some steel and leather has arrived. Sorry, no knife here, but it is buckle and belt hand made by a family run business in the USA! ![[Linked Image from i1008.photobucket.com]](http://i1008.photobucket.com/albums/af208/mediaperture/1-1.jpg) I remember a post somewhere in this forum about belts. Some dog was looking for a good belt. Well this one is full grain leather and well built. The buckle is solid as a rock too. Both made by Boise, Idaho based Foster Weld Co. Mine was apparently made by Chris who signed the promotional card that came in the package. ![[Linked Image from i1008.photobucket.com]](http://i1008.photobucket.com/albums/af208/mediaperture/2-1.jpg) OK, maybe I am picture happy, but I can't keep my hands off my new camera.

Yeah I got one that a guy carried in Vietnam. Based upon my experience with the Old Air Force (aircrew) survival sheath knife I have it in the back of the drawer. Might be a fair to middling slicer, but wouldn't want to trust my life to it, like I would my Bussekin. I've got a Camillius Navy MkII, or something like that, that was given to me by my father in law at Christmas. Basically, it's a KaBar style knife made on contract for the Navy I had one made by PAL. Wish I still had it.

Is anyone around tonight or is everyone drooling and having a hard time figuring out what scrapivore CG they want? I went black and orange. Before it is all said I might get a sage and brown too.

Got the leg up now trying to get the swelling down some. I have not one broken spot but two. Oh well, go back in a week after the swelling goes down to see what the orho man has to say.
