Well, after about an hour without power at the office, I'm home and ready to hit the hay. You guys have a great day!

Guys, thank you so much for your concern. Yup, NO tumor in or on the adrenal glands, which is good news.

Yes I had to take Patty to the ER Thursday morning, her throat started closing up on her again, things were so swollen back there the that uvula was laying on top of her tongue! The allergist still doesn't know what is causing this (3 or 4 times since Thanksgiving) but at least this time the hospital did the test the allergist wanted.

Anyway the St. Louis Doctor ordered another CT scan of her chest and neck areas and we were able to get this done at the Hospital after the ER visit. When her throat swells up they giver her a Benadryl shot and a steroid shot and in about 30 minutes she is ok.

If THAT CT scan comes back negative (the Dr said they are not always in the adrenal glands, something the Dr. here did not tell us) there is one more test to do where they shoot her up with a radioactive substance and then do basically a full body scan. The substance will "Light up" any tumors in her body. The test takes 1-2 hours and can take up to 2 or 3 days to do.

SO, once again, sit and wait, and pray.

Oh and I forgot to add that the stuff they would shoot her up with is so much stronger that they have to give her a potassium iodide shot so the thyroid wouldn't absorb the radiation.

I hope that everyone missed the storms that were floating around the last couple days. There were some really bad damaging ones. Hope Tom and his family didn't get any of the bad stuff.

Thanks for the concern Randy, we're OK. The storms passed by really close, but we only received a few drops of rain. You've really got some nice fish in your pond To. The other day My brother in law and his wife caught a catfish they estimated at about 12-15 pounds. The largest one they have pulled out of their maybe 4 acre pond is 42 pounds!

We had stopped to fish some shallow water is why the anchor rope was loosely wrapped around my foot. I don't do that in deep water! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
