Oh and I misspoke earlier. I like MY Nachos.

2 pounds (or 4) Velveeta cheese (or your favorite store brand Velveeta like cheese)

2 pounds, or 3 of cooked hamburger.

One can of Rotel for each 2 pounds of cheese, 2 cans if you use more cheese or just want it hotter.

I cut up the cheese into about 1 in squares so it will melt faster.

Put the cheese and rotel in a crock pot. After cooking the hamburger, add that as well. cook until well melted and blended together

Benadryl and a beer works for me. But only if I have about 8 hours to sleep, and I never do.

We think it's good MD. Plus when we have a dinner at church they want me to make it. I guess it must be pretty tasty, you know how Baptists love to eat, and there usually isn't any left!

I hear you about the sleep, I only sleep 8 hours on the two nights I am home. Well SOMETIMES I get 8 hours sleep. Most of the time I'm lucky to get even 7.

haha, yeah BUT it does go into a plastic container and into the fridge pretty well. It Does tend to get rather thick though! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I average about 5 hours a day when I'm working. When I'm off I go to bed about midnight and wake up....whenever.

I usually use the regular ro-tel but if you are sort of heat sensitive you could use the mild.

Try 1 box of velveeta, 1 can of ro-tel and 1 pound of hamburger for a less thick mix. Just experiment and use what is convenient for you.
