No word yet on when my SYK Guards will ship, but I did get a couple of new Condor Inca Knives. These have a useful shape for yardwork and jungle use. The edges came razor sharp. So here is a look at my Condor Blue Handle Collection:

The polished edge finish is amazing for a cheap knife.

I like the swivel sheaths, too.

Oh the anticipation Vic! I love it when you get new blades. It always gives the Georgia Swamp a shiver to its very core!
Please don't stop the camera! Whack it , chop it and share it!

Peace.

I can assure you that these are just work knives and not safe queens, PoP. I have a thing for machetes, I must have a dozen or more. Just because I love Busses doesn't mean I don't appreciate these light little workers. I have some new CS models on back order. I am planning an el cheapo chop off, and just maybe, if I am lucky, a FBMLE vs DFLE chop off. A 7" combat knife chop off might be fun as well. Time to give that Chris Reeve Green Beret some character going against the Yard Guard. Fun Summer ahead!

Thanks Dan! I have a CS Panga from South Africa. It is an awesome machete. I use the big ones for serious clearing and the short ones for trail making and pruning.
Here are some short ones:

I'm expecting my Condor Combat Axe to show up today. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I'll post my initial impressions later.
I'm looking forward to it. I may get one as well.

This Dog Father is for the heavy chopping. And sticking.

Dan, you have jungle experience. Did you use the Big Busse or a machete? Didn't you use an RTAK on one trip?
