Thats cool man! Do you do knife restoration as a hobby? Me and my younger brother have some good old memories with this and another knife my dad brought back with him from Alaska that my great Grandfather had. The other knife was almost triangular with short width and a washer handle that was black and yellow washers back and forth.

Yote, I did contact Stewart, Early last year or late 2009. Any way he said he didn't really remember much about them but did put me onto that site.

Nice collection man! I have been wanting to get into vintage slipjoint and washer handled knives. Old auctions and yard sales sometimes yield great finds. What kind of knife is the white handled one below the yard keeper?

You don't find them around here much, there are only three swap meets in my area and most of the vendors are professionals that ask way too much for any of those old collectible knives/hatches/axes

Let me ask you all a question...Which steel do you prefer more Sr-77 or SR-101

I haven't had a chance to try out SR-77 so don't know much about it...

The white handled knife is a Bark River Bravo 1 made from A2 steel, they do make a stainless version as well
