Right before I got really busy I was planning to make a "let's get 500K" post. had no idea it was things would jump off so quickly.

I have had better days Lazi. Its been a rough one today.

Haven't had a chance to get ahold of him yet. I did get alot of advice from Kevin though, and it seems to be working in spades. The trick seems to have been finding something that actually WORKS for my body type. I won't forget about him though. If I can get results without driving down to Ft Carson though, I think for the moment I will save the gas. it's almost 30 miles to get to Gate 7 from my house.

And now I am having a terrible time typing. I think it's time to hit the hay. I will talk at you guys later!

Its a very bad day Skunk. Probably not the worst but its up there.

Well at least it has or will end and you HOPEFULLY will be done with it and will be able to relax once you get home.

I never made it to work. I got a call from Dad and he was rushing Mom to the hospital. He said she was having liver failure.
