Sometimes it's the only way to survive mentally. Hang in there MB, and never loose sight that even though some good ones are unfortunately lost at times that many more that NEED to be removed are.

Surprisingly enough. Knowing Mom is ok and my co worker is going to make it I'm good. I have dealt with far worse and came to terms with it long ago.

Yup, 20 years ago all you would have heard is be a man, tough it out. Sometimes you can, at least to an extent. Many times it is MUCH more beneficial to be able to talk about it.

When I was 18 and saw my friend die, and did cpr on him, there was never a mention of counselling or whatever.
