Just out of curiosity, Is that a dry state? I know they don't drink caffeinated drinks of any kind, don't know about alcoholic drinks.
I have done extensive research in this department. It used to be dry, then you could get near-beer in some places, and a few years ago they changed the laws to allow regular beer, wine, liquor sales at state owned stores and in restaurants/bars/breweries.
One of the breweries there has a funny slogan.
"Oldest brewery in Utah. In operation since 2010."
