Yeah Weather channel said a large portion of Joplin was wiped out. Said it had multiple funnels I think.

Man this nado was bad, not a E5 but where it hit caused a lot of damage. I go through there when I head to IL, etc. Glad to hear that Tom and his wife are ok. I can not believe this is the first I have heard. Randy, looks like it is coming your way, get ready and take care.

Some of the stores where we shop when we're in Joplin are either totally gone or massively damaged, 24 fatalities confirmed so far. That was one nasty tornado; prayers go out to the folks affected. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

Heard the hs is no longer either. Thank the lord it did not hit while school was in. Also heard they are moving the hospital around to other places. Lord be with all those that were affected.

From the way they are talking it will load up tomorrow like it did today. The whole storm line missed us by 20 miles, been that way pretty much this whole year. Maybe being dry is not so bad. You guys keep an eye open on the weather tomorrow too.

Yes, they just said that we are at a slight risk for severe weather tomorrow and Tuesday, so we will be watching the news and radar. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />
