I would love to go to a machine gun shoot. But I would overspend on ammo. The giggle switch is a fun toy.

I was supposed to be off all weekend, but I was asked to work tonight due to some unforeseen stuff that happened. So I'll save some vacation time and work. Bummer, been there done that. And I hear ya about missing blade. I know you were looking forward to it. I was planning on going myself, Patty had given her blessings then she got sick. Oh Well Feces Occurs. I haven't played with a giggle switch since i went to a sub-gun course many moons ago. That was all business. No playing. And it was still a blast.

The military was nice. The mad minute drills were fun. The sub-gun course was for my current line of work.

I am no longer in a position to need one. As much fun as a giggle switch is they really are a limited application thing. But they are oh so fun.

Used an Mp-5 at the time. Used to use a Colt 9mm at another agency. I like the HK much more. We got to demo a Ruger sub gun during the course. It was ugly but fun to shoot.

I think the HK is pretty much the gold standard for subs.
