Like me. I don't run backgrounds or enter any warrants. BUT I do QC probably 99 percent of them and do enter them into the in house database system. So even though I don't do any backgrounds or entries (the other 4 dispatchers do that) I wind up pretty much doing as much if not more sometimes than they do individually AND I do the corrections as needed as well.
