The weather people are claiming that with the humidity it will feel like 43.3C here today!

That´s Swedish sauna!

Tell me about it! I thought that Sauna was a Dry heat though?

You are right about the dryness (drieness?). One of the campers had been in a sauna in Sweden. He told that there was a water bucket in the sauna but when he started to throw water on the kiuas (the thing that has the heated rocks in it) he got some angry comments of his bad behavior!

Swedes, what do THEY know! hehe Dry heat is good at times but personally I like the Steam heat more, breathing in the moist hot air is something I like, I don't really know why but I do.

Now if I am just wanting to relax and unwind after a bad day, Sauna is more relaxing. But for trying to recuperate after a hard day to me, Steam heat!

I think that long, moist and quite tender steam is best in sauna. Usually sauna is dry before the steam altough some people like to spalsh water on the seats before going in to sauna to make it more moist.

Yum yum, lunch is in the oven! Skinless boneless chicken breasts marinated in Italian dressing! Stovetop dressing to go along with it. I like stovetop, and can (and have) made a meal out of just that. Ok and we MIGHT have some corn as well.
