Oh and Trout can be very tasty, but you cook it with the skin on, no scaleing required which is a good thing. I Hate scaling fish.

best fish ever was snapper got from this place here called AJ's. oh and I've been really thinking about a good shrimp poboy. can remember where I got one from the last time I was dying to have one. just remember it hit the spot.

yup.. you take something like this and shove it into your mouth while you try to figure out how you are going to breath. when you are done you are very happy.

Ok, that's the only thing I could think of! I'll have to try that with some frozen breaded processed shrimp! (although fresh would be MUCH better)!

What, NO SAUCE! Patty and I make our own cocktail sauce with ketchup and spicy brown mustard. Just mix to taste. Tastes sorta like the stuff you buy.

and it was a catfish po boy that I was aching for a while back. another reason to ge you out to that water maybe.

When I was stationed in Omaha the BEST fish place in the city served CARP, unless you specifically stated you wanted catfish. They knew how to cook it. Very tender and tasty and you would never know it wasn't catfish. The bones were not an issue either. Must have pressure cooked them.

Now Chicken livers and Gizzards! Ho boy, there's this place about 20 miles away called Jay's chicken. Has the tastiest and tenderest gizzards and livers you ever put in your mouth.

I just looked up po-boy and realized it's a southern thing. never knew that... that it was a universal term to describe a face stuffer that makes people happy.

I bet that's some good eating in there! I'm going to google a place that sells dry ice on your area just in case somebody can convince you to go out. where did you say those polls where again?
