A hawkbill or karambit shaped blade can be both useful and dangerous

I have only been in two knife altracations with a knife (with another person0 and got cut on my left hand waveing finger. The other three times were with dogs, only one of which I actually cut. The others ran off when I "got close"

Actually they ARE useful. They can't be beat for hand picking corn or okra. Anything that you can use a hooking motion for. ALSO they are TOPS for opening stuff, clam packs, packages....

Never have, and hope that I never do... If someone is coming at me with a knife, I'll (hopefully) be grabbing my Glock! If I don't have it, I'm in deeep trouble anyway.

gardeners and electricians carry them all the time.
I had a CHEAP karambit, got one for each of my daughters as well, been a year or so since I last saw mine.
My crossbill is the stainless not g10 version so it is a little heavy in the pocket
