I need to go grocery shopping sometime this weekend. My 16 year old eats us out of house and home. Bought him a stack of frozen pizzas and a bunch of frozen dinners on Monday, he's went through them all this week. I thought I had enough to do him till I get paid again next week LOL. I believe he's hollow.

yup its been pretty nice out. I can drive around with the windows down now. a month ago I wouldve been sweating I did that.

hey RTH I started exercising more and when I realized how much more I was eating I was really concerned about how much my health was gonna coat me. I literrally wanted to eat everything I had. I started to realize how my parents must have felt when I was a kid running around all day.

hey RTH I started exercising more and when I realized how much more I was eating I was really concerned about how much my health was gonna coat me. I literrally wanted to eat everything I had. I started to realize how my parents must have felt when I was a kid running around all day. I started back working out a couple weeks ago. In the past 3 months I've lost about 30 lbs, just by cutting out the junk food and easing way back on the soft drinks. I need to lose a bunch more, but 30 lbs is a good start.
