Hehe, not sure Dad would approve, she's pretty squirrely right now. I thought about taking pics myself but Dad ordered up a meatloaf (Patty's beats my Mom's HANDS DOWN), Debbie's baked beans (in the scrapyard cookbook thread, and they are FANTASTIC if you like hamberger and bacon with your baked beans), and Tater salad. I helped out with the cooking, specially the meatloaf. She sticks her hands in the cold burger/sausage and it makes them ache something bad. BUT we got it all done before they showed up.

BUT IF Dad is out of the room and I just happen to have the camera ready (the SOD will be, I mean it's a new knife, how can you put it down), we'll just have to see what I can maybe sneak in.

how goes the rifle build? Eh...not so well! The FAL is still incomplete! The barrel isn't timing properly when torqued into the receiver, making arrangements to send it to a gunsmith to finish but just haven't had the time. Man, I would love to be with you and Ban when you're working on a blade! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" /> i would love for you to be there while they are working on some of my blades! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> I can get a working edge on blade but past that I still have a ways to go. Yeah, it's a lot of fun. Keep practicing, you can only get better! Send me a PM if you have specific questions and I'll try an help. Hello Scrapyard! Pics of the SOD and It's pants will possibly have to wait a day or two. The Grandbaby showed up today (Friday) and probably won't be leaving until tomorrow afternoon or even Sunday. You KNOW where Grandma's priorities are right now! Looking forward to it! SOD is one of my favorites, only knife that I have 2 of.

speaking of throwing stones. I have got to get to the range next week. was hoping to buy some ammo to test and a few accessories but I should just go with what I have I think.
