I would have thrown one on the smoker this year but I had to eat at noon and head to work. Not enough time to consider trying it.

I've never been a big fried/baked/smoked turkey eater. Now if it's turkey salad, that's different.

the fried ones I've had the last few years have been really good. all the way down to the last sandwich...
hmm, maybe one a long time ago but i don't remember having any smoked turkeys for thanksgiving.

I've only had one twice. It wasn't bad and it didn't have as as much dryness to it.
