Yep, bright orange works well for real world blade locating! In a similar vein what do we all think of black blades over mid grey ones (etc)? Black blades always make me think military, perhaps at some point in the future dog can offer other colour options? You'd not lose a totally orange 'survival' knife! Grey appeals to me over black...

Ok fellows, I just recieved another chopper.....1 of the 2 expecting BRs....this came with the Dwayne Puckett sheath...oh so very nice..I think the sheath is about to go to the Satin BR. Pictures are pending the arrival of the last brother chopper...can't leave anyone out!

You guys are both right about the BattleRat, as it is a great knife.  Paul, you are also right in that this is Dan's chance to improve upon the BattleRat and other big knives. Unusual method of delivering a bowie but yes a Dan bowie presented to a customer on a rock would be fine...
