They seem to sharpen up well. Good steel.

I can't wait for you guys to see the primitive knife that I am having made. Thats why I like those two knives of yours Bors. Very sleek with elegant simplicty!

Primitve forged carbon steel. Sorry. Check out Cox Knives. He only does fur trade era. Great stuff... Was in Tactical knives and everything.

Several things attracted me to SYK. My first exposure to SYK was the DF destructive test post and I must say it grabbed me. Tne next thing was it's simplicty no frills here just meat and potato's. Dans knives have those same qualities "Very sleek with elegant simplicty!" thats why I like them.

Same here. Dan was the first Busse I bought from. After having my jaw drop at his test pics, I needed one! After seeing how he and his brother deal with customer support... Well... Heroin would of been cheaper! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

But not nearly as fun....but you are right...I have sold things and dipped into my kids account (always paid it back with interest) The wife has gag ordered me not to use the CC for blades...so I have to sneak a purchase then sell an old one off to replace the missing money before she finds out......this is a great game...keeps life interesting!!!!
