We qual every quarter plus we have to qual with rifles and shotguns. Add annual training and academy classes and we stay busy. I think we have 40 range officers.

wow! We have 3-4 range officers. But we only have about 75 sworn officers too.

Pretty good shooting! I've never tried shooting mine that far away, but I need to at least once just to see what I can do.

We have about 435 sworn. and 150- 200 civilians. and 2-300 volunteers.

I think we have about 60 reserve officers as well. So almost 500 sworn.

Dang! No wonder you need so many range officers!

This is a 5 shot group at 100 yards the first day I shot it. Not bagged in just off a bipod on a old wooden table.

Here is how she sits right now. I would like to get a better scope but that one works pretty well. As long as I use kentucky windage for different ranges.

I need a better scope on my 10/22. The one on it is an old 3/4" tube that I had laying around. Still shoot a dime at 50 yards with it, but I may do better if I had better optics.

This one is fine if you set it. But its a cheap scope. If you start changing windage and elevation it doesn't always come back to exactly the same spot.
