Ahh bumme man. I hope you heal quickly. About a year and a half ago I jumped into a river barefoot and ended up with 9 stitches to show for it. 3 internal 6 ex. I was only laid up for 5 days so I imagine a broken foot being much worse.

hey sumo, did you hear anything about the mag well problems with the springfield m1a's? seems it's what's going on with mine. only saw a couple mentions of it on the web past time I looked.

Right now it has been about three weeks and I have another 3 weeks to go before they decide to leave well enough alone or do surgery. I am truly hating it right now. Talk about not being able to get out and do any fun things outdoors--blah!

Did you cut your foot on glass, rock? That sucks, I bet that was not fun at all either.

Not sure what I cut it on my foot sunk into the mud. It was pretty bad my foot felt like it was going to explode if I dropped it under my knee level. Hopefully surgery won't be necessary.

That is what I am hoping for too.

Well tomorrow morning I am meeting a guy to sell the last of my 5.56mm ammo to. I had hoped that I would get the asking price but he offered a used DF with a nice edge, and sheath as partial payment. Said sure, why not. I don't have a DF at the moment so I can use it. I do use my DFLE and B-11 all the time--well until I broke this foot.

So if you donn mind me asking how did you break your foot?

It started off a long time ago. That break re-broke along the way sometime, and that bone basically died. Because of this the pressure and all ended up fracturing a bone in the side of my foot too. So the ortho is trying to do this without surgery. Just getting older and paying for playing hard when I was younger I guess.

Man. I hope I can make it without to many major injuries. I do already have some back problems from Bball which isn't cool.

saw some about it a while ago. broke foot has to suck major. have to take care. i think we are actually maybe same age and I was shut down for a few days just from stretching too much.

Mine are from all kinds of stuff like football, wrestling, having fun, being stupid, and such. I am paying now LOL. Probably would not change much of it though.
