It's a lot easier to work for someone else, that's for sure.

its funny because most people really don't know that. so that really don't understand that I can't afford to have the same attitude they have with me. but I'm also learning how to get people to dothe jobs they are paid to do. I have to understand that they are getting paid to (not) help me. it becomes my job to get them to do their jobs right.

I've been in charge of a few things while I was in the Military. It was ALWAYS more stressful than to have a "Boss" to go to when something different or difficult came up. One thing I did learn was that if you are in charge, the decisions are yours, alone, right or wrong and you have to accept that or you shouldn't be a "Boss".

And YES, some things will always be out of your control. Those you can do nothing about, you just have to learn to deal with and or work around them.

My first pistol was a SA 1911 and also the platform I learned to shoot on. I tried shooting a few glocks but could never get use to the sharp grip angle so I went with a XD.

Best plastic fantastic so far, 1911 grip angle, smooth trigger, and very accurate. I went all out though, .357 sig V-10 ported, magwell, extended mag release, fiber optic sights, tuned trigger, and some other goodies <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

20k rounds and still going strong...

Its my only pistol right now and a good one but I miss the 1911, just something about the way a 1911 shoots.
