Well I have that LE Muppy but the belly and tip are more obtuse than the back of the blade. I just want it sharpened to a razor sharp 20 degree edge. That way I can sharpen it on my sharpmaker.

He can do that to, but prefers a convex grind. Just shoot him a PM or an Email with what you want an he'll let ya know.

I'm right there with yah TT. I've been seriously thinking about the paper wheels.

Richard pushes those paper wheels pretty hard. I agree they would be the trick in a shop, you don't have room to carry them around with you. Get a 6 inch stone and learn how to use it. Then you can play with paper wheels or sanders or whatever else, but you'll always have room for a stone no matter where you go.

I'm glad people get the results they get with the wheels. And sanders. But I don't have a way to carry those implements around with me every where I go. I can carry a small stone in the dash of my truck, or in my bag I carry to work.

And you will learn to listen to the sound the steel makes as it slides across your hone and you will feel the smoothness as it glides almost effortlessly on your sharpener.

Sounds like good advice to me! I'm going to post pics of my LE Muk tonight. I have been waiting till I could get it sharp. I was working with it tonight some more and I think I have a decent edge.
