I'd love to buy a Subaru. For what I do, it would work out fine. My F150 laid down on me the other morning, so I may be car shopping soon myself.

OH NO! That REALLY stinks. Maybe it will work out though, you can get something more economical and hopefully wont' have to pay an arm and 4 legs for it.

She can be a bit slow to catch on at times.

I blew the water pump going home Wednesday morning. Probably not a big deal, except that the temp gauge never moved and I didn't know it till I pulled in the drive. I don't THINK it overheated too bad, but it was smoking pretty badly when I stopped. If it cracked a head or blew a head gasket, I'm done with it. Be more to fix it than it's worth.

Yeah there is at time when you reach that point. But sometimes it's just hard to get rid of something that you really like.

I'm hoping we are done with buying vehicles for at least 7 years.

If I had the money, I think that I would rather have my old 1990 Jeep refurbished instead of getting a new one. I know that doesn't make much sense but I just like My old Jeep.

If you have something that you like nothing wrong with sticking with it.

My F150 is pretty practical for my needs, but I do wish it got better mileage. I could probably do better with a small car and use my little Ranger for hauling trash and whatnot.

I like having the power of the V8 for towing stuff, but I do that so rarely I probably don't even need to consider it. My boat is a little aluminum Bass Tracker, and the Ranger can tow it ok, but not as good as the F150
