Rotary tool and sand paper. Sounds similar to wood. It is similar to a hard wood. You need to use very high speeds and a fine cutting disc though to keep it from splintering when cutting. Sanding is basically the same as wood. |  |  |

I was wondering how you were going to get around the splintering that I have heard happens with CF.
