Yep, There is a place about thirty miles away that normally does mail order but is reputed to do a wicked convex edge. I will probably swing by next time I am in the area. 6 bucks for a polished convex ain't bad.

The place I went today had never seen any Busse/kin blades. They were very intrigued by what it took to get an edge on infi.

I can always hope. It was a knife shop but they deal with sharpening tools and kitchen knives. They did have a convexed Bark river that was freakishly sharp.

I am sitting in the lobby of a hotel in the business district of Stuttgart. I find it hilarious to see these mid level suits running around in a hurry. They literally run to the elevator so they won't miss it. If they do, they just stand there waiting for it to return instead of taking the stairs right next to them. The hotel is only 6 floors tall.

I had it sharpened so i could take it on vacation. Then the wife overruled my plans.

I wish I could have something sharpened. I have already shipped stateside all my knives I've acquired in the last few years. My War Dog is sitting at my sister's house, and I am bladeless in Stuttgart.
