That should be a pretty good little skinner.

Lights work great, Randy!

Problem is, staying awake That, and the pressure hasn't been on the pigs enough to make them nocturnal.....since I can only go hunt about once every two months, they are just coming in early in the mornings. Once we get further into the fall, I think we'll see the patterns shift back to night.

I'll be toting around some class 3 by then...so I'm really looking forward to some "quiet time" in the woods

COFFEE! I bought a little "1" cup brewer coffee maker at a yard sale a couple weeks ago. Brand new still in the box, comes with a 15 ounce insulated mug. You put a couple tsps of coffee in the permanent filter, the mug full of water in the back an turn it on. Works really nice, and just what I need at home. I don't drink much coffee when I am off work.

What did you ever figure out for your mounting problem? I don't remember exactly what we talked about but I know you were looking for some sort of mounting solution.

Or was it a battery holder? I just don't remember, to much time has gone by.

That sounds like a really good setup. Just the right amount and no waste!

I'm the same way...I just drink the coffee at work, but on weekends I don't feel like driving all the way to work just for coffee

QUITE time as in Suppressed or just a play on full auto? I am guessing the first one, cause I don't think full auto would help you much while pig hunting, unless you just wanted to "Pray and spray" and hope for the best.

Good memory! It was both, actually!

I gave up on the foam insulation...that was just a freaking mess. But, I did get the ammo box all wired up nicely It carries two 12-volt batteries, with a DC plug on the front that allows the lights to be detached and stored internally as well, and a switch up top for manual function.

It's currently with my dad, but I will take pics the next time we're out with it.

We also fabbed up a quick mount...the system that ended up working best was just a simple bracket from Home Depot coupled with a small c-clamp. The lights themselves are attached to a ball-mount camerea mount, for rotating and tilt. The c-clamp allows versatile mounting of the mount to just about any surface, and ended up being ideal for mounting to the side of our hunting blinds.

Oh Man, I'd give every rifle I've got for that thing! How much of the barrel is actually incorporated in/as part of the suppressor?
