It's not an integral...barrel is a true 18", threaded end.

Yeah, she's my baby. Got her back in April, ordered her June of 2010. My dad bought a matching .260, and we've been having a blast ringing steel out to 750 so far. Looking to go 1k next weekend <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" />

Oh, what kind of rifle is it?

Underground Skunkworks....Mike calls this the KUKRI model. Mid last year, I helped him spec it out somewhat. This was one of the very first he's built (of this model...not rifles).

At first I though it was a bull barrel then I saw the thread protectors and thought, no, it integrally suppressed. Man that is a thick barrel.

Randy, do you hunt much? I used to tromp around the Ozarks a bit, up in northern Arkansas when I was a kid. I love those woods...gorgeous.

Hey, congrats on breaking the 2K barrier. Eight more and you can join the Ten K Klub!

Nah, I haven't hunted (with a gun, just camera) in several years. I still remember back how it was before I left and it just makes me sad to see all the places you can't hunt any more or have to buy a lease to hunt.

And I never hunted outside Southeast Missouri, actually within about 25 mile radius of where I was born and raised.

Yeah, Texas is really bad in that aspect. All private land.

But, that is also one positive twist to that. I remember hunting Arkansas and it was more dangerous, because of all the random idiots roaming the woods...it was hard to feel safe and secure.

And Yeah it is pretty up in the Southwest and central area of the Ozarks.

Oh, I just looked at Skunkworks site. It WOULD take every rifle I own and several pistols to get one of those!
