Don't get me wrong, at times it a total riot, as in funny.

One night years ago this one "Regular" called up. THEY were spying on her, and tapping directly into her brain with their "Signals". Well me, thinking I was being quite smart worked in the old put tinfoil inside your hat thing. Well she said quite sanely, you can't wear a hat all the time, and my cleverness started fading, then she said "Besides THEY found a way around that". At that point I knew I had lost. I told her to come up and I would give her some complaint forms. She came up and I gave here a stack and she would bring in several pages of "complaints" every week.

Go to a website called CaneMasters. Get yourself one of their "Fighting canes", don't see them outlawing those, and they are TOUGH canes, not cheap but if it can protect you.....

Maybe you should have given her a Scrap Yard challenge coin and tell her that it keeps the signals out as long as she has it within 25 feet of her.

I don't know if you're supposed to encourage crazies like that, but if it makes them feel better, why not?

Here it is, and I can personally vouch for the quality of their "sticks" I have, if they still have it, the triple grip and really like it.

Most times it stops if I stand up and don't back down, 99% of people are all bark and no bite. It probably also help that I'm not a small guy.

Don't get me wrong, I don't look for fights and have never been in one (at least since 3rd grade).

I just have zero tolerance toward inconsiderate people.

Some of the folks, the harmless ones, I feel sorry for. Usually its a problem with them not taking their meds either on purpose or by accident or the meds need adjusting. Now some of them are just mean, those I have no patients with.

I'll look into those canes.

For self defense I tend to rely on the other person realizing that they don't want to mess with me, its worked so far.

I also have a "travel wrench".
