Here's the sheath I was talking about. I originally made it to to fit the SOD and TT Regulator, so it's very versital, and ambidexterous. If I remember correctly it'll even work with the Ratweiler and Chopweiler in a pinch.

Drop rings are cool but do you like the blade tied to your leg? I can never find a tie that works right.

No doubt! Thats that much more money for steel <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />. A more natural leather look like knifenut pointed out probably would suit the tan handle better.

Light tanned I guess you could say, just thinking it might match the handle better while in the sheath.

I am like you. BUT I specified I want the bottom loop to be just a leather loop to fit a 1 inch nylon strap with fastex buckles though.

I had a para cord leg tie with a slide knot but it would go loose after 100 feet of walking. I have a stiff upper on my Reg sheath so I just took off the leg tie but that kinda sucks because it wants to bend at the top when you pull the blade out <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> thinking of making a elastic strap next.
