yeah, in the group of knives posted where it looks like the guy has a massive collection, there is one that looks to have micarta or some such handle.
Infi would be better than SR101, I am guessing?

It is a Scrapyard knife, the MUCH coveted SCRAP MUK!

Here are the specs on the knife.

oh! Coveted! Oh no! So that is what Muk means...lol. Well, I am gonna start keeping an eye out. Would be nice if Dan produces more of this style, for our Veterans.

Only place to find one now is on the secondary market. I wish I had bought one myself now, but Oh well, I'll live without it. There are also some CG (coated blade)versions floating around that MIGHT be a bit cheaper. ALMOST Everyone that has one really like it. Busse Combat also produced one but the blade was a bit shorter and it was a lot more expensive, but it sure was a pretty thing!

Don't know if you know the background or not, but in the early part of the 1900's there was an outdoors guy named that went by the name of Nessmuk. He advocated VERY light "Camping". A folding knife, a small double bit axe and the knife that became famous as a Nessmuk, nessie or Muk.

Well, I think I've already learned, if I like it, try like hell to get two!
