High school football is what I blame for a lot of my aches and pains, but honestly I don't know. I'm 44 years old and feel like I'm 74. Up until about 4-5 years ago I still felt like a teenager.

I'll be 48 in a few months and a firm believer that bending over is over rated.

Worst thing about getting old is when you still try to do the stuff that you used to be able to do, only now it about puts you into traction!

Back in July i tackled a guy who was assulting an officer and held him in a headlock untill the officer got his bearings strait, man i felt like a kid again untill the next morning it took me a week or two to heal up.

Good of you to get involved. Lots of people wouldn't in this day and age.

With all the police officers getting killed lately, I've been slowing down and checking on the officers on traffic stops when I pass them, even in other counties.

When i ran up and grabbed him in a headlock and body slammed him to the ground he didn't know what hit him, after it was all over the officer said he had just cleared his holster and was putting tension on the trigger when i grabbed the dummy off of him.

Wow! Lucky for the bad guy too then!

From what i hear he is doing 1to 2 years for his stupidity.
