Oh and I guess I better say NO possum is used in the making of this dish, <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> it's in the cookbook thread. Cauliflower and broccoli with red onions shredded cheddar cheese and mayonnaise and chopped up bacon.! I saw that last night and thought it looked good. I love casserole type dishes and have to post a few I have. I also make a great mac and cheese.

I'm sitting here trying to figure what we are doing for lunch, we don't usually get up early for breakfast on the weekend. Wifes talking to her mother right now so who knows what going to happen.
