Oh and the sheath on mine is very tight. When I snap it up, the blade doesn't move at all.

Caz, I really don't need one either, I've got a DF and his son along with my beloved Bulldog. BUT it's cool looking and has a little more reach than the DF, which could come in handy when slashing and hacking at jack booted thug er ah I mean Zombies!

Hey, for 30 bucks Caz, it's pretty good and it pretty sturdy to boot. It will work (once I get it sharpened up better) well for lopping off low hanging limbs and stuff. AND it's not to long to get in the way if you decide to carry it while you're out and about.

I got plenty of swords for the zombie hoards. I had a machete when I was a teen but at a local store because I saw it and thought it was cool.
