I am puppy sitting my daughter took her boyfriend out for his birthday dinner.

I used to pine for a Bravo 1. Briefly had a Bravo 2. But the heat treat on another Barkie I had just turned me off. That and subsequent reviews I've seen of the B-1 not holding together all that well turned me off. I found Busse kin and realized why go in for hamburger when you've got prime rib? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Glad your B-1 seems to have been one of the good ones Yote. For me, I steer clear just like I do of anything from Ontario--I've seen good blades, but I got one that just wouldn't hold and edge well. Fool me once...
Not bashing other companies (I know they've both made some fine blades), just stating my personal experiences...

My b1 has been out hunting a few times and has held up very well, holds an edge great.
It is similar to the yardkeeper I think
