My first job was bending sheet metal for my step dad's HVAC company. I made a whooping $0.25/hr at the ripe ole age of 10.

My first job was at age 13, I worked at a marina and drove folks out to the springs to dive with the manatees. Also loaded and unloaded the rentals. I was too young to get paid so the owner let me run up a tab in the dive shop and get things as i could pay for them on my tab. I worked up enough to get a full set of snorkeling gear and a nice dive knife. It was a great job. Driving a boat all day in Sunny FL, meeting people and doing it all on the crystal clear Crystal River. I miss those days.

My first job was working on a turkey farm. Had to help feed and water the birds, clean the houses when they were done, and everything in between. Got to drive trucks and tractors too, which was fun for a while. I was 13 when I started there.

My step dad moved me into the "insulation" division. This basically meant I was the guy stuffing bails of ground up newspaper into a big blower bin mounted in the bed of an old Chevy truck. By the end of the day (summer time) I looked like a paper mache person because the fine paper stuck to my sweat

Other than mowing neighbors' yards, my first "paid" job was mowing grass for a company, and doing other odd jobs such as painting, etc. I started when I was 12, and eventually they started paying me once every couple of weeks so that it was worth cutting a check for it.
