Here's one I shouldn't share. I was a helicopter crew chief in the service. An arial gunnery instructor. I was training in Yuma, AZ. We were flying along the range shooting at stationary targets, then my pilot calls out "troops in the open at 2 o'clock". That just means firing in a sweeping motion with the XM-218 .50 cal machine gun. So I did, then I saw some wild burrows, and I shot one to pieces. I couldn't stop my self. It was just pink mist. My only military casualty.

You can adjust the buffer to fire as fast as you want. My barrel was always glowing.

It's true, it was about 12 years ago and it still bothers me a little. It's my "nam" story. Guess I was fortunate.

Gentle souls, I bid you farewell this fine evening. It was a pleasure to pass the time with you, wish I had more but alas I need some sleep. For tomorrow, things of paper, tin, and wood will meet it's maker. You all have fun, ya hear!
