I was gonna use my BD LE for this but decided I wanted to see how well the thicker S-5 would do on Tuna. The S-5 passed the test with flying colors !

Have you ever smoked it and then put it up?

I would think that it would almost turn into mush. How do you keep that from happening, I am making an assumption that you ARE canning it, The heat thing and all right?

This thread made me salivate! The tuna looks awesome, but you throw in a little Scrap and it becomes positively irresistible! I absolutely love the S5 design. It was my first Bussekin, and we use them for all sorts of tasks (including food prep). One of these days I'm going to add a LE or SE to my collection.

Thanks for sharing <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
