Sounds like a good way to keep handy sterile prep pads too, just clean out the coffee can real good and disinfect.

I use them for keeping brass for reloading. Otherwise they make good nuts and bolt cans.

Drill a small hole on opposing sides and add a bail/handle to it. It can be used to carry emergency items - TP, flashlight, fire-making kit, water purification tablets, poncho, etc. If the can is metal then it could be used for heating/boiling water for disinfecting and cooking. Squeeze in a few tea bags and boullion cubes for sustenance. Just a few suggestions. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Tom, that (the metal can uses) was my first thoughts, to use it as a "billycan". But Seeing as how it is plastic... It's just such a cool little handy item that I just couldn't throw it away. Right now it's just holding TP. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
