Jeff made this great rig for my Gladius. There a lot of lather embossing as well as the rattlesnake inlays. In addition to the belt loop dangler attachment, there's also a strap to carry it over the shoulder:

Here's the back:

Jeff is really great with the details; the leather under the inlaid frog is tooled, as are the sides of the frog and the leather panel at the tip.

There is no rub on the blade, and the sheath is kydex lined, so that the guard gently snaps into the sheath, where its held securely. It's a great example of Jeff's artistry and skill with leather. I showed it to my Mom, and she said that she'd love to find a purse with snakeskin inlays as attractive as my sheath's.

I love the rattlesnake inlay! I keep saying I'm gonna get Rainwalker to make one for me, but other things keep coming up.

Amazing. I gotta stop procrastinating on getting a Sheath from you Jeff!

I'm glad you like the Gladius pants, Jim. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

The sheath looks much better with your Gladius than with my blue handled one. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

The retention system on the Gladius sheaths is unique, and seems to be working well, but as always, I'm forever looking for even better ways to improve things even more.

Thanks guys for the complements. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
