I agree with Todd! I take a day of checking and you folk rock the house! WAY TO GO! The Cupid Ganzaa is already starting a stir in the posting frenzy. Just wait until it actually hits and things will REALLY go nuts! Well let's go nuts with to days numbers!

The Outdoors and fieldcraft section is now at 19,889 up from 19,977 for a 12 post increase. Not a bad day for this section in the winter. Just wait, it'll pick up as folks are more able to get "out and about".

The Knives Forum side is now at a high of 448,642 posts up from 448,416 for a 226 post increase. Told ya it was a good day!

The ZDC page count is now at 1204 pages, up from 1197 yesterday morning for a 7 page increase! Wow, 7 pages of ZDC in one day, GREAT!

Ok as of this post the TOTAL ScrapYard Knife Company or SYKCO post count has gone from 472,715 all the way to 472,948, just 52 posts away from latching onto the next higher rung of the ladder on the way to 500,000 posts!

So now that we are about to take another step upward that means we now have 27,052 posts to go for our PRESENT goal of half of a million!

Wow, what a night! For those of you who think all the howling you heard this morning was because of the moon would be wrong. That was the sound of the Yard giving birth to the FIRST Junk Yard Dog for 2011, our own Ireash JYD #124!

Yes, in the early morning hours in a 23 page run Private Klink, rth548 myketheknife and myself were witness to this most historic of occassions. Ireash, JYD #124 was given the place of honor on the Big Dogs Couch this day. The Yard is his for the celebration and congratulations that will be forthcoming this day. The birth was a long and tireing process but was successful and the Pack has once again grown and has become ever stronger with another voice to add to the challenge, the STATEMENT that WE will be NUMBER 1! Long live Junk Yard Dog Ireash, Long live the Yard!

Wow, birth is a beautiful thing, the camera was rolling and the entire birthing process was recorded for the pleasure of all the dogs. Alas in the last few seconds of congratulations the film canister broke open and the entire historic event was exposed to light and lost. So mear words must be sufficent to present to you this most joyous of events.

Ok, now on to more mundane things.

The outdoors and fieldcraft side is now at 19,892 posts, up from 19,889 for an increase of 3 posts.

The Knives Forum side of the site has grown by 544 posts for a new all time high post count of 449,186!

The ZDC page count was stagnant at 1204 pages yesterday morning and this morning, the count is 1227 pages for a page count increase of 23 pages!

The TOTAL post count this morning is now resting at 473,494 posts after that 23 page rally for a JYD run! This in an increase of 546 posts over yesterday!

Ok with this new MUCH larger count we now have 26,506 posts to go for the rapidly approaching goal of 500,000 posts!

Ok, another day in the Yard, another update.

Outdoors and fieldcrat seciton was only increased by one post yesterday, for a new high of 19,894 posts. BUT there is sure a lot of good information there! You need to check it out.

The Knives Forum side grew a little bit more yesterday. The new high for this seciton of the site is now at 449,317 posts which was an increase over yesterday of 131 posts.

The ZDC PAGE count is now up to 1231 pages which is up 4 pages over this Saturday morning.

The TOTAL ScrapYard post count is now at 473,627. Now this is an increase of 133 posts over yesterday's high.

Boy I sure am glade we have calculators. Originally I came up with a difference of 128 posts on the knives forum side. Guess I must be using fuzzy math. Boy I would have made a good Fannie and Freddy accountant! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Ok so now for the climb to the goal. We NOW need 26,373 more posts to reach the 500,000 post goal. Are WE gonna give Dan a Blade present? Only Time will tell......

Ok Dogs it has been a few days and we now know the date (today) and time range of the Cupidganzaa. So let's get on with the update so we can start drafting our emails by the thousands!

Ok, on the 20th of February our Outdoors and fieldcraft thread was at 19,894. Today it is at 19,933 for an increase of 49 posts! Wow, that's like 12.5 posts per day average! Man that section of the site has been getting some attention lately, GREAT because it is a really good section full of really good facts and information.

The Knives Forum side of the site has REALLY seen some action, and here are the numbers to prove it.

On Sunday morning this half of the forum had 449,317 posts and today it is all the way up to 449,928 for an increase of 611 posts! That averages out to 152.74 posts per day! WAY TO GO GUYS!

Likewise the ZDC page count has gone from 1231 pages Sunday morning up to 1244 today for a 13 page increase or 3.25 pages per day.

Ok We are rapidly approaching the moment of truth. On Sunday morning, the 20th of February 2011 our post count was 473,627. Today 4 days later, the 24th the TOTAL website post count is 474,303 posts for an increase of 676 posts! Now THAT averages out to 169 posts per day.

Ok, to reach our 500 thousand goal now as of this post we need 25,697 posts! Are we gonna make the 500K mark by Blade! Only time and our posting will tell!

WOW, it was just shy of 13 hours ago the Jerry posted the GO...GO...GO on or own ScrapYard site! WOOHOO for da Dawgs! BUT it took many of us off guard and we can only hope that we got our emails off in time to score our hearts desire! (Yeah there may be a pun in there somwehere).

Ok here we go:

The Ourdoors an Fieldcraft section is now at 19,945 posts for a 12 post increase. Another positive increase, Getter goin guys!

The Knives Fourm section On Thursday about 26 and a half hours ago was at 449,928 posts and this morning it is at 450,237 for an increase of 309 posts. Really good guys.

The ZDC page count has gone from 1244 up to 1251 for a 7 page increase.

The TOTAL website post count was at a restless 474,303 posts yesterday morning, in anticipation of the Cupidganzaa..... And restless we were. We I am sure would have had a lot more posts, but we were busy doing the F5 and quickly shuffling from site to site in anticiiiiiiiiipation! So this morning our total count is 474,625 for a whopping increase of 323 posts! Now we're posting!

Ok that means we NOW need 25,375. What a long way we have came, but we can't slack up now, we are in the home stretch and have got pull out all the stops!

Well we have slowed down a mite but only natural considering how wore out we all got Thursday night. I think we needed yesterday to recuperate. So for all you Statistic junkies out there I bring you your semi-daily fix.

The outdoors and Fieldcraft thread has shown a slight improvement. It has gone from 19,945 Friday morning to 19,947 this morning for a 2 post increase. Hey, EVERY post gets us closer to the goal!

The Knives Forum side of the site has grown a bit more. Yesterday morning it was at 450,237 posts and this morning it is at 450,340 for an increase of 103 posts! Hey, pretty good on a recovery day!

The ZDC page count on Friday morning was at 1251 pages and this morning we find it resting at 1253 for a 2 page increase.

And now for the final numbers the TOTAL post count was at 474,625 Yesterday morning and this morning it is at 474,729 for an increase of 104 posts! boy I like it when the numbers add up like they should!

Ok folks here is the numbers as they stack up for our march to the goal. We now need 25,271 posts to reach the 500,000 goal we want to give Dan for a Blade Present for all that he gives us. Happy Posting!
