The Outdoors and Fieldcraft section is now at 20,846 up 18 from yesterdays 20,828.

the Knives Forum section was at 459,920 yesterday morning and now it is up to 460,066 posts for an increase of 146 posts.

The ZDC page count is now up from 1533 to 1538 for a 5 page increase.

The TOTAL page count is now up to 485,387 from yesterdays 485,222 for an increase of 165 posts.

Ok now that we have this larger post count we need 14,613 posts or an average of 298.22 per day for the next 49 days.

Ok, another rainy stormy day and we've got some new numbers to talk about. Glad I wasn't flying out of St. Louis airport, the Storm closed it down, for an undetermined time! Hope no one got seriously hurt. Down here about 150 miles south, wasn't all that bad.

Ok, on with the show!

The Outdoors and Fieldcraft section of the site has alas, NOT grown within the last 24 hours. Yesterday morning it was at 20,864 and remains the same today.

The Knives forum side was at 460,066 yesterday morning and now us up to 460,333 for an increase of 267 posts. Pretty good jump.

The ZDC page count was at 1538 yesterday and now it is up to 1546 for an increase of 8 pages. Not a bad increase, not to bad at all, but we have done a lot better. Still though, not bad.

The TOTAL forum post count yesterday morning was 485,387 and this morning it is up to 485,672 for an increase of 285 posts. Pretty good day in the yard.

OK, that means we now need 14,328 posts to reach the 500,000 goal or an average of 298.50 posts per day for the next 48 days.

On this Dark and stormy, rain filled night it is once again time for "The numbers". So in order to end your anticipation, your angst, here are the Stats!

The Outdoors and Fieldcraft section has now gotten to 20,869 posts up from yesterdays 20,864 for a 5 post increase.

The Knives Forum section was at 460,333 posts just yesterday morning and now is all the way up to 460,669 for an increase of 336 posts for the day. Not bad!

The ZDC was resting, or considering our weather here the last few days, FLOATING at 1546 pages and is now bobbing on top of the choppy waves at 1557 pages for an increase of 11 pages.

Yesterday morning the TOTAL post count was at 485,672 posts. And now as we strive and struggle up stream it has gotten all the way to 486,015 for an increase of 341 posts following an early morning run by Jared, Tom, Todd and yours truely. As the water rises, so does our post count. But the question remains, in our struggle against the current toward the 500,000 goal when will this epic event actually arrive? Considering that we now need 13,985 posts and have 47 days to get them we need to average 297.55 posts for each 24 hour period, what we call one day.

We WILL get there, but will it actually happen before Blade 2011?

It would certainly be a nice present for Big Dog.

Yeah, that was my goal, to give Dan something to brag about at the 2011 Blade. Imagine, Being able to say that in 5 years his "Little" knife company went from NO website presence to over 500 Thousand posts on the backs of just a few thousand customers. GREAT PR!
