Wow, two days ago we had earthquakes in Virginia and Colorado and now the East coast is being threatened by Hurricane Irene. Oh, Our fearless leaders(fearless because maybe he has NO idea how to lead)vacation may be impacted! Such a shame. Oh well, on to the Stats!

The Knives Forum section is now at 501,249 posts, up from 501,156 from yesterday morning.

The ZDC page count is now at 2861 pages, up from 2859 from yesterday morning.

The TOTAL Website post count is now at 528,474 posts up from 528,369 from yesterday morning.

Ok, that means we need to have 221,526 more posts before June the 8th 2012, the opening day of Blade at the Cobb Galleria in Atlanta Georgia. Hummm wonder what our odds are? Bring pretty new in here, I don't really get what all this posting mania is about? I could propably read me to the answer, but I think it would take a long time getting through all the posts...

Well for the 300,000 post Dan made a patch and GAVE to all the dogs that had at least 300 posts.(this was in 2009) Those that had made JYD got a different colored patch. So we just thought we would try and give Dan bragging rights. We set a goal of 500,000 posts by blade 2011, a goal that we surpassed. Then someone suggested 750,000 posts by blade 2012, just for because. Nothing more to it really than that.

This is a relatively new company (especially the website) so we are just trying to show our support for Dan.

Anybody else got any words on this, PLEASE post them up.

It goes in spurts. Right now good weather and kids being involved in summer activities are taking top honors. It will pick up some again as the weather changes and folks gotta stay indoors more.

So based on these new figures by June the 8th 2012, the opening day of the annual Blade knife show we need to get an additional 221,158 posts. Humm... Might be a long hard cold winter, but I know how to make it go by a little easier, do you.
