sumo, the belt sander is fun to play with. I could never get a knife shaving sharp until I got one. I got a Sears 2x42 with a 6 or 8 inch disc sander attached for 109 on sale a while back.

I have the "aviator" which I believe is the same except saw teeth on back, which are about worthless.
Holds an edge well but they didn't hold up like the Busse's on Knifetest.com

Got it before I had ever heard of Busse & Kin

I finally got some time to fondle mine. I'm really liking the handle ergos. Might have to order a few more...

I did! I ordered me a Sage / Tan for EDC & hunting <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Keeping my black / black paper all purdy <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

Thought about doing the same thing myself. But I think I may order another blk paper/blk and have it stripped. I saw a RMD stripped with black paper grips and it was awesome.

mmm...yes. that would be gorgeous! I may just end up doing that with my "precious". <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> usually though, if I strip something, i leave it dirty <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" />

Norcalblacktail over on BF stripped and polished a RMD for someone, and it was awesome. I love my RMD, and I'm not sure about having it stripped just because I like things original. But man, that was sweet!
