I personally REALLY appreciate a knife company that DOES listen to it's customers. That goes a long way with me!

Agreed.. how often is it you get to actually speak with the Owner of a company these days??
like.. NEVER!
whenever I call a company.. it's just a recording of an outsourced voice in some other country laughing at me!
So ScrapYard is definitely Unique!
