I am aware this may void the warranty, but has anyone sharpened the swedge/clip of their Regulator?
While it may weaken the tip for prying and such, a sharpened clip has its advantages. The spine is quite substantial near the tip, so I wanted to get some expert opinions before attempting this.

Thanks! I do like it, it feels like it belongs there, it may have lightened it up a bit, but not to where it's a big difference

They're very utilitarian too, when employed as a fighter.
Gosh, I really need to get a belt sander. I can see myself in the reflection of the edge on that Busse Jared, and I'm not even in the picture!

Thanks Rainwalker.
My Regulator is Combat Grade, with the grind line starting lower than Jared's full grind Test Team version. So the sharpened swedge may not extend that far deep. However, I think I can get a good inch and a half of sharpened clip.
Will post pictures on this thread after the sharpening.
