Well, I don't come on here much but I'd figure I would say hi to everyone. I met some cool people at the Knob Creek show that were die hard Scrap Yard fans so I just wanted to say it was great meeting them. There was some great knives at killer deals there. No, I didn't get any of the super rare SS4, I didn't even know they were there... till just a few mins ago...
It was a long drive for me and my friend George, the 12 hour drive really kicked my [censored] on Thursday night but it was worth it. So I guess if you can, try to go to the one in fall, I'm sure it'll be good.
Thanks to all that help make it fun!
Dan

Just as I was about to finally order a RS, he went and posted all those mud puppies!

RS or MP? I gotta go with the mudders!

The Muppies are nice. Different blade profile and the RS may work better for some tasks, but so my Muppy has served me well. So has my wiener, but that's a whole different story. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for the welcome guys. It's a different breed here. I love the 154CM here and the prices just can't be beat... If only we could get more of it, and/or in a large blade, wouldn't that be great? Maybe even thicker...
Has anyone asked Dan yet? LOL, I'm just kidding =)

Hi Dan, it was great seeing you again, even though you trash talked my Arctic White and 'Bama Clay blades -- I know you didn't really mean it. I didn't see what you and George ended up buying; we love to see pictures posted around here.

Welcome to the Yard

I am glad you had a good time at Knob. A 12 hour drive is some real dedication

Welcome to the Yard.

I think I met you at the Fall '10 Creek. Where you sitting on the sofa most of the night?

I am making an 11 and a half hour drive to get to Blade. My main reason I wanted to go was after I heard Scrapyard would be there no joke!
