I skipped over the "Making work pay credit" when filling out my federal taxes, but the IRS amended my return to add an extra $400 onto my refund. I'm very happy with the windfall.

Lucky Dog! They bumped me into a new Tax Bracket because of my Bonus from the Army... ended up losing about 5 Gs in refund... Bleh...

Bummer! The Infernal revenue service shouldn't make ANY military member pay taxes on their military pay until they get to at least E6 or 7!
