Hi all,
had you ever eat acacia’s flowers. May and June are the best period to collect them, so yesterday we was walking here

We found a lot of acacia trees

Full of flowers

You need to collect the entire “grapes” (I always carry a “sac” in my rucksack eheheh)

At home, few minutes after, Acacia’s flowers in eggs

Than in flour

And finally you need to frie them …delicious with some sugar or honey
